You are a pilgrim, so the pilgrims Odile and André will be very pleased to give you Hospitality in their house

Pilgrims' home established and kept by two pilgrims.

For us welcoming pilgrims is a consequence of the fact that we have make the Way of Saint James of Compostelle many times.

From 1980 date of our fist pilgrimage to 2007 we have walk 8 times at once the way to Compostelle and Finisterra.

We are always pilgrims.
We walk every year on the way of Saint James.
We continue to share with you the pilgrim spirit.
We are pilgrims giving Hospitality to pilgrims.

Compostella of our last pilgrimage autumn 2011

In 2007 making again the pilgrimage we have passed in front our house which was to be sold.
Coming back from Compostelle we have decided to change our life .

We have choose a new way of life and we have give a vocation to our house:

OUR WAY OF LIFE: to give Hospitality in our house to pilgrims walking and bearing their rucksack.

Many pilgrims have to be respected because of the reasons why they walk on the way to Compostelle.

Many pilgrims make the way with a small budget.

We don't feel indifferent about this, at the contrary.
It's an important element of our way of life in a modest attention every day.

THE VOCATION OF OUR HOUSE: it is a place where pilgrims receive cares, helps to continue their way with good conditions, rest in calm. All this in a share atmosphere.

We have equiped our house to answer to specific needs of pilgrims.

Inside of it we proposed specific services for pilgrims.

Inside of it we also share our experience of the way of Saint James.

All this is built on:

The respect of the tradition of Hospitality.

The respect of the only identity of the way of Saint James as a pilgrimage way.

The respect of pilgrim spirit.

We are very careful about the fact that our house be a peace place

So that you can rest.

We are very careful about the cleanliness of our house

It's a manner to respect you and your pilgrim identity.

We are an accomodation for pilgrims
We are not an hotel

It is impossible for us to answer to demands or needs for which hotels or B and B are make to satisfy.
Like for example individual bedroom, private bathroom, possibility to go in and out all the night, breakfast at 9 am...etc.

For us pilgrims are not customers.

Our objective is not to full up our house

Voluntarily we have only 12 beds so that you have a large and confortable space.

We have 9 beds for reservation.

We keep 3 beds for pilgrims who have difficulties to find a place to sleep and who ask directly when they arrived in front our house.
This in the respect of a tradition which is lose for some years.
